Local preparation and optional hosted sending have different data flows.
This informational website
Railway hosts these public product pages and synthetic examples. This site has no customer-document upload or checkout. Contact links open your email application and send to Orvel’s existing inbox only when you choose to send. See Orvel’s privacy notice for contact requests.
Local work
PDF processing, recipes, manual decisions and run history are stored on your computer. Recipes do not need sample customer pages. You control exported reports and local history.
Optional managed sending
Managed sending is not enabled. The planned flow uploads selected PDFs and the message only after your approval. Planned Orvel staging deletion follows confirmed acceptance or cancellation, with remaining staging expiring within 24 hours. These controls must be verified before sending opens.
Delivery and retention
Operational delivery metadata is planned for 90 days. Financial and license records follow the business retention policy, which must be finalized before public checkout. Deleting Orvel’s copy does not delete Resend’s copy; provider retention is disclosed separately before sending is enabled.
