Import and identify
Start with text-based PDFs and a client CSV. Map stable identifiers, names and email addresses. Recipes support label, region and regex identification in the processing engine.
Keep uncertainty visible
A page without a clear client stays unresolved. Continuation needs an explicit recipe rule. Correct an assignment or exclude a page with a recorded reason.
Check the whole pack
Compare assigned document types with the required list for each client and reporting period. Missing documents remain visible.
Generate and review
Source hashes are rechecked before export. Completed exports include client PDFs, a provenance manifest and CSV/HTML completion reports. Optional sending requires a separate final recipient and attachment approval.
