The intended commercial terms below are subject to the final published agreement.
Perpetual desktop use
Solo covers one named user and two computers; Practice covers five named users and ten computers. Both include all desktop features, unlimited clients and pages, and twelve months of updates.
Updates and credits
Renewal is optional. Entitled versions remain usable. A renewal extends coverage for twelve months from the later purchase date or existing expiry. Email credits do not expire; one accepted client email consumes one credit. Rejections and cancellations release reservations, and later bounces still count.
Trial and refunds
The planned fourteen-day trial includes the complete local workflow without watermarks. Trial sending is limited to the verified owner. Refunds revoke future online entitlement and sending access; already-issued offline certificates cannot be recalled instantly. Final refund and statutory terms will be published before sales.
